Step 1: Benefit Plan Review/
Data Collection
A review and evaluation of your current plan design and costs.
Step 2:
Preparation of Bid Specifications
We prepare and submit formal bid specifications, including
claim information, current and past rate history and basic demographic
data.
Step 3:
Pre-bid Conference
We conduct mandatory pre-bid conferences
to answer potential service provider questions prior to submitting an RFP response.
Step 4:
Review of Proposals
Service provider proposals
are measured against the RFP requirements for completion and accuracy.
Step 5:
Presentation and Recommendations
Our written analysis of the RFP will insure the following:
